LJRM Management provides a centralized dashboard for venue scheduling, equipment rental tracking, staff rostering, catering coordination, and on-site traffic flow planning. The platform is designed for conference organizers, festival planners, and corporate function teams. We do not act as a vendor, venue, or staffing agency; we supply coordination tools and operational support only.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including vendor contracts, delivery windows, and staff availability. You must secure the necessary permits and permissions for your event. LJRM Management is not liable for decisions made based on incomplete or outdated information provided by you or your suppliers.
Our platform helps you track multiple suppliers, permits, and delivery windows in one place. While we provide checklists and real-time updates, the final confirmation of vendor terms, pricing, and delivery schedules rests with you and the vendor. We do not guarantee vendor performance or on-time delivery.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LJRM Management shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, event cancellations, or overtime charges. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the specific event cycle in question.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or provide false information. You may stop using the service at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated through the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
